These cells are exactly as described. 100% happy with the purchase. Observation: the terminal voltages of the four cells I purchased were: 3.56V, 2.81V, 2.23V and 0.81V. Only one of the four cells had a voltage above 3.2V, which is the lowest voltage for a healthy cell. Individually charge the cells before using them brought them all up to 4.2V. I have yet to check the capacity of the cells. Had cell #1 and cell #4 been connected in parallel, for example in a computer battery pack (they usually have three pairs connected in series, each pair is connected in parallel) then cell #1 would have charged cell #4 with a huge current that could be dangerous. Pre-charging each individual cell to the same voltage is therefore necessary before you use the cells. If you are playing with these cells then you should know this. Otherwise these cells are perfect and exactly as described. I am a happy customer and will probably order more of these cells.
