Specification: Shinning mirror style nail glitter powder. Recommended to be used over gel top coat and sealed with gel top coat. Works with gel top coats and creates different shade of chrome by changing the base color.

Instructions: Apply base color (optional). Apply a layer of NO WIPE gel top coat. Use a sponge tipped eyeshadow applicator, or a silicone brush to buff a thin layer of pigment onto nail surface. Seal with gel top coat.
