It is exactly what I ordered. Visual clarity appears immediately after use. The discomfort is only for a minute after application, because it gives you a stinging sensation. It can be applied for ease with a cotton swab, on which you put a drop and pass it once on the lower part of the eye from the nose to the outside. Exactly how you apply eyeliner. I paid the shipping upon receipt of 21 lei which was not specified when placing the order.

Don't know what it is? It doesn't look like a drop because it's very thick, you can't put it in your eyes, it burns terribly
