New Portable Mini Hanging Neck Fan Digital Display Power Ventilador Bladeless Neckband Fan Air Cooler USB Rechargeable Electric Fans

It looks very nice . The packaging was beat up and ripped. I ordered it for a gift and it was embaracing the box it arrived in. As far as quality its ok, nothing that spectacular. I was expecting it to be a bit stronger on the air flow . Im not sure if the price is worth it.

When I check I'll comment, it's the room I bought, the first one didn't work.
