The order was marked as delivered one month prior to actual receipt. For a month there was panic that it was not even possible to get the money back because for some reason we had to wait until June and only then the issue should be considered. I will never order through Joom again!!!!

This lipstick is OK. It is much smaller than similar types of lipsticks sold in stores. Colour is lighter than it appears online and it geels dry on. Joom delivery could not be slower. Don't order from Joom if you want fast or just normal delivery time.
