・Product Description・
An eco-friendly, easy and safe clay pot with a lid that resembles a chrysanthemum petal
●Made in Japan, Yokkaichi Bankoyaki rice clay pot.
●Made with the highest quality petalite (heat-resistant material).
●Double lid design for deliciously cooked rice. (Delicious rice with pressure effect!)
●Since the heat is soft and the heat retention is high, the heat can be transferred to the rice as if it is wrapped around it, so the rice is cooked fluffy.
●If you extend the time to turn off the heat a little, you can make fragrant burnt rice.
●Since the water absorption rate is low, you can cook ingredients other than rice that are prone to odor transfer. Cream stew, meat and potatoes, etc. It is also good for stewed dishes.
This earthenware pot has excellent functionality and design, with the key words being eco-friendly, comfortable, and safe, and has a lid shaped like a chrysanthemum petal. It is a double lid specification with an inner lid and an outer lid. Due to its low water absorption rate, it can be used to cook foods other than rice that may cause odors to be transferred.
It is twice as thick as a regular earthenware pot, has high heat storage properties, and can transmit heat as if wrapping the rice, making it easy to cook fluffy and delicious rice.
Can be used over open flame, oven, or microwave. You can use a microwave to heat up food, but you cannot cook rice in a microwave.
