When Kombucha powder meets water, bubbles form. If you pour it directly into a water bottle and drink it, it may overflow, so drink 2-3 sips in advance and leave enough empty space.
When mixing it with carbonated water or beer, dissolve the kombucha in a small amount of water first and then mix it.
Q. How many sticks can I drink per day?
A. There is no separate daily recommended intake for Tizen Kombucha as it is a general food.
However, it is recommended to consume 2-5 sticks per day based on healthy adults.
It is recommended to consume it frequently after meals when you need to consume water rather than on an empty stomach right after waking up.
Q. Does it contain caffeine?
A. It contains 0-4mg of caffeine or less.
* Based on 1 stick (5g) of Tizen Kombucha
Q. Why do I see dark grains, bubbles, and sediment?
A. Tizen Kombucha uses hibiscus and barley sprouts, which are tea (TEA) ingredients, not pigments. If this ingredient is not sufficiently dissolved in water, powder particles may be visible or a dark color may be seen in the foam.
This is a characteristic of the ingredient, so you can drink it with confidence.
