The second attempt to order shoes, this time from a different seller, also turned out to be unsuccessful. Again, I was sent shoes with different characteristics that did not match the description. If the first time could be considered a technical error, then the second time it looks like deliberate deception of the buyer. Why would I want shoes that I don't want? If the shoes you had were sold out, wouldn't it be logical to immediately notify me about their unavailability and issue a refund? Based on my own experience, I do not recommend Joom, which cooperates with irresponsible sellers. I don't understand such intermediation when the buyer is dissatisfied.
