How to use the product: How to use the floss: Hold the handle and gently move the floss back and forth between your teeth. Move the floss up and down against your teeth to remove plaque and food above and below the gums. Rinse the floss as needed (repeat for each tooth).To use disposable floss: Place the tip of the disposable floss between the teeth at the gum line. Gently move in and out to remove plaque and food particles and stimulate the gums. Rinse as needed.

Note: Children under 10 years of age are recommended to be supervised by an adult. Your gums may bleed the first few times you floss. If bleeding continues or your gums are red and swollen, see your dentist. Throw away disposable dental floss after use.
