INTEX filter balls are a new filter media for sand filter pumps. They allow a filtration fineness of 3 to 5 microns, comparable to zeolite, and have a lifespan of 3 to 5 years. They are practical and lightweight, as 500 grams of filter balls are equivalent to 18 kg of filter sand.
