Return them or maybe send the parcel with just the damaged sections to the same address, well-packaged?. Sending photos of the broken containers, the rest of the containers are intact.

The dumpling organizer arrived bent, I was disappointed to order plastic items and the metal container arrived with a broken lid.

The container arrived broken, the lid was broken, and the container's function was lost. But overall, it's not a bad container. The plastic is very fragile.

The organizer is excellent. But it arrived with a dented lid. I had to pour boiling water over it and fix it with tape. A small dent remained.

The product arrived damaged. If possible, replace the broken cover.
