【Installation Method】:
1: Install the fuel dispenser into the throttle seat
Install the fuel dispenser into the throttle seat, hang the throttle cable, close the cover, and then insert the right handle into the fuel dispenser to check if it rotates flexibly. If not, polish the fuel dispenser.
2: Insert the right handle into the fuel dispenser
Coarse positioning: Align the anti rotation elbow of the right handlebar with the accelerator cable post or other positions on the front of the vehicle, insert the right handlebar so that the elbow is against the cable post, and mark the insertion position.
Fine positioning: Change the gear slot at the marked position and insert it multiple times, even if the elbow does not rotate and the angle is moderate, it will not affect the maximum refueling. Step angle of tooth groove 15 °
3: Install the anti detachment ring into the throttle seat
Insert the right handle all the way into the fuel dispenser, and the anti detachment ring must be installed into the throttle seat! The anti detachment ring is used to prevent the right handlebar from coming out of the fuel seat and causing safety accidents.
The shell of some scooters will be inserted between the right handlebar and the fuel dispenser. At this time, the anti detachment ring cannot be installed in the throttle seat. 502 glue must be applied to the connection between the fuel dispenser and the anti detachment ring to prevent the right handlebar from coming out. After the glue is applied, the right handlebar should be immediately inverted to prevent it from flowing into the handlebar and affecting its rotation.
