OstroVit Omega 3 + ADEK - a complex source of active ingredients
Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids are compounds that belong to the group of essential fatty acids. (NLC). The body is not able to synthesize them on its own, so omega-3 fats must enter the body from outside, with food or dietary supplements.. Among the omega-3 fatty acids there is eicosapentaenoic acid (EPC) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), compounds that occur naturally in fatty fish or seafood.
Vitamin A is a derivative of carotene, belonging to the group of carotenoids. It is an ingredient classified as a fat-soluble vitamin that is stored in the human body in the liver and fatty tissue.
Vitamin D is a steroidal organic chemical compound classified as a fat-soluble vitamin, the bioavailability of which, like other compounds of this group, is closely related to the presence of fat in the daily diet.. Vitamin D can be obtained from food - it is mainly found in fatty sea fish - and also in the form of dietary supplements.. On sunny days, the synthesis of the compound by the skin is also possible.
Vitamin E is a group of organic chemical compounds classified as fat-soluble vitamins, of which the most biologically active is D-alpha-tocopherol used in the preparation.. It is a compound that is stored in the human body mainly in adipose tissue, as well as in the adrenal glands.
Vitamin K is a group of fat-soluble chemical compounds. The food supplement OstroVit Omega 3 + ADEK uses menaquinone, or vitamin K2, which is produced by intestinal bacteria and can also be taken through the daily diet or in supplement form.
