I wish to request a full refund for this order. Upon receipt, the quality of the items is extremely poor and significantly inferior to what is shown in the advertisement photos.. First of all, the shoes give off an extremely strong and unpleasant chemical smell.. They also have numerous visible defects: stained, creased, and misshapen material, numerous marks, scratches, scuffs, and abrasions, irregular and particularly neglected finishes. The faux leather coating is also peeling and delaminating in many parts of the shoes: it is lifting and separating from its backing in several places. Some elements are therefore already visibly damaged, even though the shoes are new and have just been received.. The general appearance gives that of damaged, poorly assembled, and very poorly finished items, and not that of new products in acceptable condition.. Finally, the color received does not faithfully match the one shown in the advertisement, even though it was precisely a determining factor in my purchase.. Therefore, it is not simply a matter of personal preference: the items have multiple material defects, and their quality as well as their appearance do not match the presentation made during the sale.. I therefore request a full refund of the amount paid. I can provide detailed photographs showing all of these defects. Please confirm the processing of my refund.

Slippers I ordered these slippers, and from the first moment I just felt like I was walking on a cloud 🌥️. The sole is thick, soft, and has a springy feel that provides comfort even when standing for a long time. They are made of high-quality EVA, which makes them both lightweight and durable – ideal for summer, the beach, the shower, or just lounging around the house in style. The design is clean and simple but with a modern touch – a flat platform that gives a slightly "high street" look, and still remains very practical. What I especially liked is that they are non-slip, so you can walk with them even in the bathroom or around the pool without worries.. The sizes fit perfectly (you can take your usual size without worry), and they really sit comfortably on the foot. In terms of use – they are suitable for almost any place: everyday wear, vacation, beach, and even for a casual summer party. Don't trap heat – airy and comfortable even on hot days. Very easy to clean. offer a combination of everyday comfort with a trendy look. Bottom line – if you're looking for flip-flops that are both practical and chic, these are definitely the perfect choice for summer. Worth it.
