Factory Direct Supply 316 Stainless Steel Wok Double-sided Honeycomb Three-layer Steel Uncoated

THE BOLTS AND SCREWS ARE MISSING IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO INSTALL THE WOK HANDLE!!!!! IN ADDITION, THERE IS A VISIBLE DENT AROUND THE EDGE OF THE WOK. REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS ORDER. IT IS EVIDENT THAT UNDER THESE CONDITIONS A REFUND WOULD BE APPROPRIATE?

The product was damaged during transport

The frying pans are good, but they arrived without lids. In the picture they are with lids. We will Order lids separately.

The frying pan is good, it's a pity it doesn't have a lid.
