The power bank is not working. The on/off button does not work. The phone and other gadgets do not charge. The Power Bank itself does not charge. With the help of the support service on JOOM, the money for the Power Bank was refunded (for this, it was necessary to send a video of the disposal of the product). Arrived charged to 83%. With the original Samsung cable, it charges the Samsung phone quickly in +- 3.5 hours. With another cable, 7 hours. The power bank itself charges in about 11 hours to 100%.. the size of a phone, heavy.
