Suggested Use Provides energy throughout the day and reduces fatigue. Swallow two Energize tablets with a glass of water. Begin with half the recommended dose (one tablet daily) for the first week. Do not exceed two tablets (one serving) within a 24-hour period.

Ingredients: Silicon dioxide, stearic acid, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, croscarmellose sodium, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, aqueous film coating (hypromellose, FD&C Blue 1, titanium dioxide, talc, maltodextrin, polydextrose, medium-chain triglycerides), acesulfame potassium.
