Adults and children 2 years and older: Brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal or at least twice daily, or as directed by a dentist or doctor. For children 26 years and older, use only a pea-sized amount and supervise your child's brushing and rinsing (to minimize swallowing). For children under 2 years, ask a dentist or doctor.
