【Returns】

[RETURN PERIOD]

Please contact us within the return period to request a return. Requests after this period will not be accepted. For a full refund, the item must be unused. The final OPP bag directly wrapping the product must remain unopened, and the silver security sticker must be intact. (The condition of the item can be visually verified through the transparent OPP bag without opening it.)

[RETURN SHIPPING COSTS] We cover the shipping costs for all orders. However, if you are returning the item for reasons other than a defect, the following costs will be charged:

Once the item is returned and inspected, a refund will be processed. The refund will be issued after confirming that the original shipping fee has been refunded via PayPal.

[SHIPPING & INSURANCE] We cover all shipping and insurance costs for your order. All items are shipped from Japan via FedEx, DHL, or Japan Post EMS, ensuring reliable and secure delivery services. Please note that sales within Japan via JOOM are not possible.

[DELIVERY TIME] Orders will be shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 2 to 10 business days, depending on the destination. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number, which will be updated on JOOM for you to track your shipment.

[CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES] Customs duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees are not included in the total amount at checkout. These fees are determined by the customs office in the destination country, and we are unable to estimate them in advance. We strongly recommend that you check with your local customs office or shipping carrier for detailed information before making your purchase. Once you receive a customs fee notification, please make payment promptly. We cannot accept returns or refused deliveries due to unpaid customs charges. If the item is returned due to unpaid customs fees, we will charge the buyer for the shipping costs we paid to send the item, insurance, return shipping fees, and customs duties for re-importing the item to Japan.
