Pearls are the most mysterious and unusual gemstone.. The process of its creation is unique. Any foreign substance that gets into the shell - the smallest speck of dust or a parasite - is doomed. Using the mechanisms of creating the shell itself, it surrounds the intruder with mother-of-pearl layer by layer, creating a real gem. Pearls come in different colors: cream, silver, pink, white, dark gold and even blue-black. Over a hundred shades. The palette depends not only on the breed of pearls, but also on the place of its birth, the chemical composition of the water and the maturity of the pearls themselves.. Maturity is measured in microns of plate thickness. aragonite. The most brilliant, and therefore high-quality layers are half a micron thick. Basically, these are not river pearls, but sea pearls. Natural "wild" pearls are now rare and highly valued.. You can meet him either in very expensive branded jewelry or at auctions.. The most common product in ordinary jewelry stores is cultured pearls, grown by the same pearl mussels, but already under human control. The essence of cultivation is quite easy to describe: a three-year-old oyster is carefully opened and planted with a foreign body. Different growers use different seedlings. Moreover, the whole natural process takes place in the next 2-3 years.. The process is fully controlled. However, cultured pearls are in no way inferior to natural pearls. Natural pearls are a storehouse of valuable trace elements and it is this property that was most often used for medicinal purposes.. Sometimes water was kept on a stone, sometimes it was ground to the state of the slightest powder, but in the end it was taken orally so that the body was saturated with all the useful substances.. Today, even in mass cosmetics, this organomineral is used to strengthen hair, nails, and even skin rejuvenation. Since ancient times, pearls have been associated with beauty, innocence, and sincere feelings.. So, in ancient Rome, it was the stone of the goddess of love and beauty Venus (even in the painting by Sandro Botticelli "The Birth of Venus" the goddess stands in the sash of a huge shell). In addition, many consider pearls to be capable of bringing great happiness to their owner, including financial. An unusual gem will bring harmony and peace to your heart, protect you from other people's bad thoughts. * The colors of the products may differ slightly from the real ones due to the peculiarities of the screen color reproduction
