How to Use: Moisten your bare feet with a moderate amount of water. Then, aim the foot shampoo toward the instep and spray 2-3 times to create foam. Rub your feet together, taking care not to slip, and then rinse thoroughly with water. * Hold onto a support to avoid slipping. * For a more thorough treatment, gently massage the foam into your feet with your hands.
