I am writing to formally complain about the extremely difficult and frustrating return process. I have spent several hours trying to find out how to return my shoes, but despite following the instructions provided on your website, I have been unable to complete the process. The instructions are inaccurate, and the buttons you refer to simply do not exist. I have also contacted your customer service multiple times but have received no response whatsoever. At this point, I still do not know where I am supposed to send the shoes, while the return deadline is almost over. This is completely unacceptable. I have made every reasonable effort to return my order, yet your return process has made it virtually impossible to do so. I will not accept being denied my right to return these items because of failures on your side. I expect you to provide me immediately with clear return instructions and a return address, or a prepaid return label if applicable. I wish to return both pairs of shoes and receive a full refund. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint through the appropriate consumer protection channels. I expect your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.

Hi, I received my item approx. 20min ago and the quality overall is not good for the price it costs. Moreover sadly uncomfortable against the promises.. So many glue spots, wrinkled all around.. the color is so.much different that it appears on the website.. When I tried getting s return it was IMPOSSIBLE...and joop makes it so hard you justcwant to give up...Donot trust the rsturn policy...Until today left withput update...

The sizing is slightly too small for me but of course fit can vary depending on the person. In terms of appearance, the shoes look great and the materials feel excellent. They are kinda difficult I style I personally find, but again that varies on the person. Comfort-wise, they’re good. They also look like they could be waterproof, although I haven’t had the chance to test that yet.

These were ordered but too small. It would be nice if JOOM would be forthcoming with its customers before placing an order to know that its up to the customer to pay out of pocket for any returns. This was relayed to us 10 days after requesting a return on their terrible 'ONLINE CHAT' that isn't an instant chat. I will never buy anything from Joom again. Horrible company.

Took ages and charge me a full price for a brand new show but when they came they didn’t look brand new scratches all on the reflective part and the sticky bits of glue round the shoe couldn’t get a good image in the dark but you can see the scrapes scratches on the silver part I asked if these were second hand or fake and the seller told me no they aren’t

Twice we have ordered NIke Pegasus air zoom 39 womens size 5, and twice you have sent us 4.5 We have tried for weeks asking for a refund/return and nobody has come back to us. This is the worst online service i have ever received. Please attend to this and let us know how to return this item and get a refund

Joom does not honor returns/refunds - When you submit the refund request, it stated, that you have to "wait until they contact you with details" - in fact this contact never happens, so Joom makes the return impossible. I strongly advise to keep away from this place, as Joom do not respect the law.

The product was returned due to the size. Despite sending several photos, proofs of return etc following the instructions on the site and per email I never get answer or get reimbursed. Definitely I have no trust on this application and way to proceed!
