These dried noodles are made by kneading the wheat flour from Fukuoka prefecture with salt from the sea water of Goto-nada in Nagasaki prefecture and our loquat tea powder. Since "Nejime Biwa" (loquat) tea does not contain catechins, it is strongly bound to wheat flour and maintains a firm texture.
