Product Description : All-Climate Facial Toner. Contains provitamin B5, panthenol, and antioxidant green tea. Sodium gluconate effectively cares for the skin. Cleanses and moisturizes the skin.

How to Use : Apply to a cleansing pad and wipe over face and neck. Alternatively, spray it into your palm and pat it onto clean skin.
