Four Refresh Replacements: You can receive up to four refresh replacements within a two-year period, two of which can be used as flight loss coverage. Replacement products will be new or equivalent in performance and reliability to new products. The cost of a refresh replacement is 13,200 yen (tax included), and the cost of flight loss coverage is 59,400 yen (tax included). If you use flight loss coverage, you will have used one product replacement. Comprehensive warranty: Your product is covered for damage and loss due to causes such as collision or water damage, giving you comprehensive warranty coverage. Extended Manufacturer's Warranty: If a performance-related failure occurs on a covered part during the validity period of your DJI Care Refresh plan, we will provide free repairs under the manufacturer's warranty, allowing you to use your product for a longer period of time with peace of mind. DJI Care Express: When you apply for DJI Care Express, you pay the refresh replacement fee upfront, and DJI will ship a replacement as soon as your defective product arrives. This process eliminates inspections and quotes, allowing you to receive your replacement product quickly. Flight Loss Coverage: Enjoy peace of mind knowing that your aircraft will be covered in the event of loss during flight. (To use Flight Loss Coverage, users must link their DJI account and remote controller to the aircraft using the DJI FLY app. If these steps are not completed before a Flight Loss occurs, Flight Loss Coverage will not be available.)
