Designed to move faster and lighter on any terrain, the MTN Trainer Lite Mid also performs well on rock. The highly durable yet lightweight TPU-coated textile upper features suede overlays for stability and is paired with a GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort lining for durable waterproof protection without sacrificing breathability.
The unique, durable construction of this mid-cut shoe incorporates our signature 3F System, which integrates the instep, sole, and heel to provide a comfortable, supportive, and flexible fit. This is further enhanced by a cushioned EVA midsole for long-lasting rebound.
For added stability and protection, there's an elastic ankle cuff, heel stabilizer, and rubber toe cap. Overall, your foot has good freedom of movement while still being well-supported. Climbing lacing extends to the toe for fine-tuning for greater precision on technical terrain.
Underfoot, the outsole delivers reliable traction thanks to a Pomoca rubber compound and a tread pattern with deep lugs and grooves, offering versatility that lets you tackle a wide range of terrain, from mud and grass to rock, ice, and snow.
The men's MTN Trainer Lite Mid is a lighter, 3-season mid-cut alpine boot designed for technical hikes and long backpacking trips in all weather conditions.
