The Kanetsugu SAIUN Santoku Knife 170 mm is one of the most distinctive Japanese blades. The Santoku is akin to the European Chef's knife, embodying versatility with a unique design. It boasts a low-tipped and prominently arched spine, which, although flatter than a traditional Chef's knife, excels in chopping, dicing, and slicing vegetables.
