Description
How Grounding Works - Grounding connects your body to the earth's natural energy, which helps neutralize harmful free radicals. While standing barefoot outside is one way to ground, our indoor grounding mat allows you to connect to the earth using a grounded electrical outlet. Electrical outlets are grounded to the earth through your home's wiring system, and when you use the mat, the earth's slight negative charge flows through the outlet to the mat, delivering potential benefits like improved sleep, reduced pain, and overall wellness.
Benefits of Grounding - Grounding may offer a range of potential health benefits, including improved sleep, pain relief, reduced stress, and enhanced energy. When you first start using our conductive grounding mat, it's normal to either feel nothing happening or experience a slight tingling sensation. Both are completely normal. Whether you feel an immediate effect or not, grounding works subtly over time to support your overall wellness, much like standing barefoot on grass, sand, or a body of water. Patience and consistent use can lead to long-term benefits.
Simple to Set Up- Setting up your grounding mat is easy. Just unroll the mat, snap the grounding cord into place in the corner, and plug the cord into a grounded outlet. This allows the earth's energy to flow through the cord and onto the mat's conductive surface, enabling you to experience the benefits of grounding indoors. The grounding mat does not utilize electricity. It is either grounded, or not grounded.
Where and How Long To Use - Use the grounding mat under your desk to rest your feet, as a desktop mat while working, or even while relaxing on the couch. Whether you're at home or at the office, you can stay grounded and connected to the earth's energy-perfect for winter or any time you're indoors. We recommend at least 30 minutes of grounding daily. There is no upper limit.
How To Test The Mat- Watch our instructional video in the product sidebar to see how to test the grounding mat for conductivity and body voltage. These tests demonstrate the mat's effectiveness in grounding the body. We also include a manual, testing instructions and QR code in the package with your grounding mat. If testing with a multimeter, ensure it supports safety resistance up to 100,000 Ohms. Our cords are designed with a built-in resistance of 91,000 Ohms for your safety.
A Perfect Wellness Gift - The grounding mat is an ideal gift for health-conscious friends, family members, or loved ones seeking relaxation and better sleep. It's perfect for special occasions like birthdays, holidays, or as a thoughtful gesture for someone recovering from stress or injury. This unique wellness gift promotes overall well-being by connecting the body to the earth's natural energy, supporting long-term health and balance.
