The ever-popular Ultimate Hammer now comes in a short version with a shorter wooden handle! Recommended for children and campers who want to keep their gear compact! The short version's wooden handle is 70mm shorter than the standard version. The forging and head remain unchanged. The curve has been redesigned to ensure a secure fit in the hand, even with the short handle. It's just as easy to handle as the standard version. Note: Leather grips cannot be attached to the Ultimate Hammer Short. This forged hammer is made by heating round steel to approximately 1100°C and crushing it in one go with a powerful force of approximately one ton. By applying powerful pressure to the heated steel, a peg hammer with exceptional strength is created. The entire peg hammer is hardened, resulting in a strong, durable body that is resistant to bending. The hammer body is chrome-plated for excellent rust resistance, a glossy finish, and resistance to atmospheric corrosion.
