Take 5-10 G Kwath Powder In 400 Ml Water And Boil It Till 100ml Mixture Left,Then Filter It And Let It Cool.Drink This Empty Stomach In Morning 1/2-1 Hour Before And Drink It 1/2-1hour Before Meal Or As Directed By The Physician.
