Product Description:
Meet the Dynasty Cream — Beauty of Joseon's very first product and a long-time favourite of many customers, the cream that first put the brand on the map in the global beauty market before it became one of the most recognisable names in K-beauty worldwide. With its firm and creamy texture, the Dynasty Cream provides deep, long-lasting moisture and nourishment, sinking into the skin to deliver hydration from within rather than simply sitting on the surface. This all-in-one cream is filled with good-for-skin ingredients like rice bran water, ginseng root water, squalane, and niacinamide — together helping to keep the skin looking healthy, hydrated, and balanced throughout the day. Made to wear day or night, this moisturizer leaves skin with a subtle, hydrated glow that layers beautifully under makeup or foundation, giving a natural and healthy-looking finish. The formula has undergone low-irritation testing specifically for sensitive skin, confirming its gentleness for even the most easily unsettled complexions. Inspired by the luxurious beauty rituals of Korea's Joseon Dynasty nobility, and rooted in Beauty of Joseon's Hanbang (traditional Korean herbal medicine) philosophy, this cream has been embraced globally — selling over 300,000 units in the United States alone and earning a place among Beauty of Joseon's most consistently repurchased products, now also available through Sephora's international retail network.
Key Features:
Long-lasting moisture is delivered through 2% niacinamide and 2% squalane, which work together to balance the skin's oil and moisture levels while helping protect the skin from external stimuli throughout the day. Rice bran water — the finest inner bran of milled rice — makes up a generous 29% of the formula, delivering deep hydration and antioxidant benefits that help prevent inner skin dryness from setting in even after long hours. Ginseng root water complements the rice bran water with its traditional Korean herbal medicine credentials, helping promote a clearer, more radiant-looking complexion. Squalane, a lightweight, skin-identical emollient, helps lock in moisture without leaving a heavy or greasy after-feel. Niacinamide supports a visibly more even-looking skin tone alongside its oil-balancing function. Ceramide NP and hydrogenated lecithin work to support a smooth, well-conditioned skin barrier. Hyaluronic acid, hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid, and sodium hyaluronate form a triple hyaluronic acid complex that delivers multi-depth surface hydration. Honey extract adds a further nourishing, humectant quality. Coptis japonica root extract, raphanus sativus (radish) seed extract, lycium chinense (goji) fruit extract, phellinus linteus (mesima mushroom) extract, and scutellaria baicalensis (skullcap) root extract round out a richly traditional Hanbang botanical complex. The dense yet absorbing texture creates a subtle, glowy finish that gives skin a natural and healthy-looking radiance when worn alone or under makeup.
How to Use:
After completing toner and serum steps, take an appropriate amount of the cream — approximately a pea to pearl-sized amount — onto the fingertips or the back of the hand. Apply evenly across the face and neck using gentle upward, outward strokes, allowing the firm texture to melt into the skin. Press gently with the palms to encourage deeper absorption. Use both morning and evening as the final moisturising step in your skincare routine. In the morning, follow with sunscreen once the cream has fully absorbed. For an extra glow before makeup, allow a few extra minutes for full absorption so foundation or BB cream blends seamlessly on top.
