Mustard warmth and earthy brown florals give this Lokta paper notebook a quiet, grounded character. It feels made for the slower kinds of writing: a morning list, a half-formed sketch, a thought you want to keep before the day gathers pace. The bamboo lock adds a small tactile pause before you open the cover.
Mustard florals, soft ritual
The bold floral cover brings warmth without feeling busy, with natural tones that sit easily on a desk or bedside table.
The bamboo lock gives the notebook a distinctive closing detail, more characterful than a plain cover.
Its medium format suits everyday notes, small sketches, lists and personal writing you want to keep close.
Lokta paper has a natural, tactile presence, giving each page a more thoughtful feel than ordinary office paper.
The warm colour palette makes it a lovely companion for unhurried planning, journalling or creative starts.
Lokta paper and bamboo detail
The notebook is made with Lokta paper, a traditional paper type associated with Nepalese papermaking. It is valued for its distinctive texture and natural feel, which suits a notebook meant to be handled often rather than hidden away.
Writing with it
Use it for everyday thoughts, sketches, lists, travel notes or a small personal journal. Keep it dry, store it flat when not in use, and treat the bamboo lock gently so the cover stays neat over time.
A paper tradition with a slower pace
Lokta paper has long been linked with Himalayan craft traditions, where paper is valued as a writing surface and as an object with touch, fibre and presence. In a notebook, that gives ordinary writing a more deliberate quality. The floral cover brings a decorative note, while the earthy mustard and brown tones keep it calm and natural, suited to people who like their stationery to feel personal rather than purely functional.
