Dear Joom Support Team, My latest order was handled by Quickmail. However, instead of being delivered to my correct address, the parcel was delivered to a completely different address in Lucerne. My delivery address: Langensandstrasse 10 6005 Lucerne Switzerland The parcel was apparently delivered to Tribschenstrasse 90 instead. I only found out where my package was because a stranger took the trouble to contact me. Quickmail appears to be unable to read and follow the correct delivery address. This level of unreliability is simply unacceptable. I explicitly request that Quickmail no longer be used for my future orders. Please check whether you can exclude this carrier for my deliveries and use a more reliable alternative instead. Kind regards, M. Malloth

So, new scalpel 2.0 is really good basketball shoes. Traction is perfect on clean and dusty floor. Ventilation is not so good. Amortisation is normal, I didn’t feel any problems with it. Feeling of court is good. Also I can recommend this shoes to all players without any exceptions, it won’t make any problems to people with wide and high foot.Anta scalpel 2.0 have 2 minuses and of them is connected with laces. Firstly it is fixation of foot. You need to lace it so tight. And secondly it is system of lacing. After 2 months of using lace locs was crashed. So if I need to rate it, i will tell 7/10

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase. Despite the tracking information showing that the item was delivered, I never received my shoes. The courier service seems completely uninterested in helping me resolve the issue. To make matters worse, I didn't receive any notification of delivery. It's clear that I've been scammed, and I'm warning others to be cautious when using this app. They're not legitimate, and I won't be making the mistake of shopping with them again.

Excellent seller. Very pleases with the quality. Bear in mind this is a Chinese brand from China, not a western brand, so less chance of a counterfeit product! Would use again for my next Chinese running shoes. Delivery to the UK took 2 weeks from order. Update...2x 5k runs in these shoes now and I'm very impressed. The roll on is very strong vs my asics and this seems to give me a better running stride. Recommeded

I have ben trying to return a pair of shoes from Joom that are too small and have not been successful in doing this. It is not a straightforward process as the app requires the buyer to contact an agent. Despite following the instructions I have not been able to organise a return. I would not advise ordering through the site.

Exactly as advertised! Very reliable seller, product was from miniso as said and hachi came safe and sound in the mail. Came on the exact date it said to be delivered as well. Very happy :-) I’m waiting for chiikawa and Usagi to be delivered soon

I’ve been trying to return this order for a week and had zero response from customer service despite the mailing every day. Seem to be completely unavailable and frustrating customer service for any refunds. No human contact or acknowledgement
