The leather is also treated with a water-repellent finish, making them highly durable and resistant to water (rain) and dirt, in addition to the leather's inherent durability and heat resistance. While not completely waterproof when used as motorcycle gloves, they help prevent water from seeping into the leather itself during rainy rides, reducing hand chill. The stitching design is kept to a minimum to ensure glove functionality, while still featuring an original pattern with carefully considered finger thickness and length.
