Instructions for use:
For a relaxing swim: add 2 cups of Epsom salts to a bath of warm water. Bathing should last at least 12 minutes.
To relieve fatigue and aching sensation from the legs: add a handful of Epsom salts to a basin of warm water and dip your feet in the basin for the required time. Then rinse them with cool water.
For back pain:
1 way. Pour 1 cup of water into a bowl and stir in 3 tbsp.. l. Epsom salt until it's all dissolved. Soak a cloth in the solution, squeeze out excess water and place the cloth on the painful area for 20 minutes. Re-wet the cloth if it starts to dry out.
