【Important Notice for International Buyers – Tomoayax Premium Audio Hi-Fi Japan】
■ Voltage Compatibility
This product is designed exclusively for use in Japan (AC 100V, 50/60Hz).
Many regions use 120V or 220–240V.
Using this product without a proper transformer in such voltage environments may result in malfunction, overheating, or serious and irreversible damage.
■ Plug Type
This product uses a Japanese plug (Type A or B).
A plug adapter may be required depending on your region.
■ Transformer Requirement (Very Important)
A transformer is required for safe use.
A plug adapter only changes the plug shape and DOES NOT convert voltage.
Using this product without a transformer may cause serious and irreversible damage.
■ Buyer Responsibility
As this is high-end audio equipment, the buyer is fully responsible for confirming compatibility with their local voltage (100V / 120V / 220–240V) and usage environment before purchase.
■ No Return / No Refund Policy
We do NOT accept returns or refunds for:
・Voltage mismatch (including 120V and 220–240V environments)
・Use without a transformer
・Plug incompatibility
・Damage caused by improper setup or usage
■ Liability
We are not responsible for any damage, malfunction, or performance issues caused by improper use or incorrect voltage conditions.
■ Final Notice
Please ensure full understanding of the above before purchasing.
Use only under the correct voltage environment.
Featuring the ultra-high-precision XMOS XU316 chip, it achieves lower jitter compared to conventional models: Preventing audio signal degradation: Equipped with the latest XMOS XU316 chip, it achieves extremely low jitter (timing fluctuations) in signal conversion from USB to S/PDIF (optical/coaxial). This blocks the influence of electrical noise inside PCs and smartphones, sending a clean and stable digital signal to your DAC or amplifier, improving sound resolution and spatial depth.
Plug-and-play connectivity: Minimal setup and driver installation required. No drivers are needed for basic PCM playback on major operating systems including Windows 10/11, macOS, Android, and iOS. Simply connect the included USB cable (Type-A & Type-C to Type-C) to immediately enjoy music playback. Direct connection is also possible with OTG-compatible smartphones and tablets, expanding the possibilities of digital audio.
A stylish aluminum enclosure significantly smaller than previous models: Offers greater placement flexibility: Measuring just 40x52x20mm, it's extremely compact. Weighing only 45g, it takes up almost no space in audio rack gaps or on desks. The full aluminum enclosure offers excellent heat dissipation and a clean, stylish look, blending seamlessly into any environment.
Sampling rate indicator LED for easy identification of current audio format: A simple LED indicator light on the top of the unit allows you to see at a glance whether the currently playing audio is in PCM or DSD format, and its sampling rate. This is a particularly useful feature for those who enjoy high-resolution audio, as it allows you to confirm that the settings in your player software are being applied correctly.
Simultaneous supply of optical and coaxial dual outputs: Supports the construction of two audio systems and recording: Optical and coaxial outputs can be used simultaneously. For example, it is possible to connect to the main system via coaxial and distribute music to a system in another room via optical. It also enables flexible system construction, such as connecting one to a DAC for playback and the other to recording equipment.
[Introduction] Do you want to enjoy the music from your PC or smartphone on your best audio system? But have you given up because your favorite DAC doesn't have a USB input? The Nobsound U2 is a little hero that solves that problem. With its latest chip, it cleanly converts the signal and enhances your music experience.
