Why does the circuit overload protection occur, causing the relay to disconnect the sound output and the fault indicator light to illuminate (red)? Reasons: ① The input device volume is set to maximum. ② A powerful signal source (professional sound card, amplifier preamp, etc.) is connected directly, exceeding the device's input impedance range. ③ Non-audio signals (DC power, powerful power lines, etc.) are connected to the audio input port. Also, use the included power adapter, ensure all interfaces are properly connected, and use in a stable voltage environment. Do not use in humid or dusty environments. [※] For better heat dissipation, we recommend using the Fosi Audio cooling fan with the amplifier.
Why do the speakers stop working and produce no bass when I connect a subwoofer to a 2.1 channel system? Select a subwoofer with the correct impedance for your device and connect it to the corresponding port using a high-quality shielded cable. Always connect and disconnect cables with the equipment powered off. Adjust the subwoofer's volume knob to the appropriate position (e.g., minimum). The power on/off sequence is as follows: [Power On]: Amplifier → Subwoofer. [Power Off]: Subwoofer → Amplifier
