Method of preparation:
Soak 200 g of red beans in 300 ml of water overnight. Boil the beans in 650 ml of water for 20 minutes. Chop 100 g of red onion and 150 g of tomato. Heat 50 ml of cooking oil in a large skillet and fry the onion until golden brown. Add tomato, salt to taste, and 20g Rajma Masala, stir until a paste forms. Move the cooked beans with water and stir, simmer for 15 minutes.
