What it is : Hypoallergenic toner contains 10% niacinamide, which helps inhibit melanin synthesis to create brighter and clearer skin. Balances sebum production to reduce skin troubles and strengthens the skin barrier to prevent moisture loss. Vegan product formulated only with EWG green-grade plant-derived ingredients.
