While the FJ Rodem 3 prioritizes appeal with its large tail swing, the SB Rodem features a subdued tail amplitude and a micro-vibration setting to target even finicky sea bass. By shortening the body to 2.8 inches, thickening the base of the tail, and further reducing the tail size, the lure produces a subtle vibration in the tail that even finicky sea bass will instinctively bite during a slow retrieve. At a medium retrieve, the lure shifts to a vibration action, swimming with its entire body rolling.
