Electronic lock handle A211F by Spreest is a clever solution that will allow you to turn an ordinary door into a smart access point, where in a second you let a guest in with a one-time code , without stress you give the cleaning crew access "tomorrow 10-12", and after slamming the door the lock automatically closes – all without having to take the keys out of your pocket. Ideal for Airbnb rentals, self-check-in hotels, warehouses, or offices, where guests can remotely receive a code or e-key valid only during specific hours. Can the handle be positioned to the right or left? - Yes, the handle direction is variable and is set during installation. What if the lock runs out of battery? - The lock warns at ~30% battery. When completely discharged, it can be powered by a powerbank through the charging socket or opened with an emergency key. Does it lock the lower lock? - By default, it locks the upper tongue. If the door is locked with the cylinder, the code will not unlock the lower lock – a mortise lock with cylinder bolt locking is required. Does the app work on all smartphones? - TTLock is available on iOS ≥ 11 and Android ≥ 5.1 (with Bluetooth 4.0 or later support). Is it possible to limit access to specific days or hours? - Yes. In the app, you create cyclical codes or eKeys with a schedule (e.g., Mon-Fri 8am-4pm). Can I export opening logs to a file? - Yes, TTLock allows you to download the history in CSV or PDF format from the web panel. How many users can I add? - Unlimited. Each user can be assigned different permissions: owner, admin, reception, service. Is the software paid? - No. The firmware is free and updates over-the-air (OTA) via Bluetooth (or remotely via a gateway). What languages does the app support? - Polish, English, German, Spanish, French, and a dozen others. What to do if your phone is lost? - Log in on another device or in the web panel and immediately remove the lost eKey account/phone from the list of authorized users.
