Made in Poland We manufacture in Poland and we're proud of it! All wooden cases are made at our headquarters near Warsaw. We work hard to create each wooden case, from design to packaging and shipping to the customer. We take full responsibility for our goods and are 100% confident in them, because the entire complex production process rests in our hands. Materials We make sure that each wooden case is unique. We make them from carefully selected wood, which we obtain in Poland and also search for in the farthest corners of the world.Merbau (Intsia bijuga) – merbau wood is obtained from two species of trees - Intsia bijuga (Colebr.) Kuntze and l. palembianca Miq. Merbau trees grow in an equatorial, extremely humid climate, primarily in the tropical forests of Oceania and Southeast Asia (Myanmar, Thailand - the southern part, Vietnam, Malaysia, the Malay Peninsula, the states of Sarawak, Sabakh and Kalimantan on the island of Borneo, Indonesia - Sumatra, Sulawesi, the Moluccas and West Irian, the Philippines, New Guinea and the Solomon Islands). These plants grow to 40-45 m tall, and their trunks are covered with gray, peeling bark (gray-brown to light brown-red where flaked), approximately 1 cm thick. The trunk, with a diameter of up to 70-150 cm, and sometimes even greater, is often branchless up to 5-10 m high. Freshly sawn merbau wood has a distinctive earthy odor. A characteristic feature of merbau wood is that some of the vessels are filled with a shimmering yellow dust, which, under transparent paint and varnish coatings, resembles fine gold inlays in the form of fine streaks. Another distinctive feature of this wood is the presence of relatively narrow, uniform wood rays. In Poland, it is used for the production of floors, countertops, stairs, furniture, and artistic carpentry. A rather unusual use is the production of handles and stocks for firearms (mainly hunting and sporting weapons) and musical instruments.Polycarbonate [used as a base/bottom for our wood] – is a material characterized by dimensional stability, high stiffness, and form stability under the influence of temperature. It is odorless. It is characterized by excellent impact resistance. It is matte and pleasant to the touch, making it an excellent finish for our wooden cases. TPU silicone [covering the sides of the phone on all four sides] – the most important feature that distinguishes this material is its high flexibility, which allows our cases to perfectly adapt to the shape of the phone. A case made of silicone will also be flexible across a wide range of temperatures, which is also important. Its excellent abrasion resistance is also very important. TPU silicone also absorbs impacts very well. The plasticity and durability of the material we use will ensure your phone is perfectly protected, and removing and installing the case will be simple and intuitive. Precision of workmanshipThe creation of each of our wooden cases is accompanied by a complex and time-consuming production process. We attach great importance to every, even the smallest, aspect of our case. We use top-of-the-line machines to cut and engrave wood, allowing us to achieve accuracy down to 0.01mm. A significant portion of the production is done by hand, something that is rarely seen these days. Sanding, varnishing, polishing, and precisely gluing the wood are the result of hard work by our hands. We give our hearts to each of our wooden cases! The most important features: 100% protection; Made of natural wood; Lightweight, does not add bulk to the phone; Perfectly matched to the shape of the phone; Does not interfere with the contactless payment signal (NFC); Compatible with inductive chargers (QI); Anti-slip layer guarantees a firm grip; Easy access to the charging socket, keys and ports; Carefully designed button embossing; Handheld wood processing and finishing; Precision workmanship; Compatible with protective glass; Style and elegance; The perfect combination of functionality and excellent design.
