FAQs:

Q. Is the shampoo bar alkaline or acidic? The shampoo bar is formulated at a mildly acidic pH of 4.5–6.5, taking the natural pH environment of the scalp and hair into consideration.

---

Q. What is the shelf life, and how should I store the shampoo bar? The shampoo bar has a shelf life of 36 months. As a solid formula primarily made with naturally derived cleansing ingredients, the bar itself provides an environment in which mold and microorganisms are unlikely to grow, allowing it to be stored for a relatively long period. After shampooing, rinse any remaining lather from the bar under running water and store it on a well-draining, well-ventilated soap dish or holder. Prolonged contact with a damp soap net or dish, standing water, poor ventilation, or moisture left on the surface after use may create conditions where airborne microorganisms can temporarily grow on the surface. Always allow the bar to dry thoroughly between uses. Some coated stainless-steel soap holders may lose their coating over time, exposing the metal underneath. When the mildly acidic shampoo bar comes into contact with exposed metal, metal ions may react with the surface and temporarily cause blue or gray discoloration. This does not indicate a defect or safety issue. Simply wipe away the discolored area before use; it does not affect the performance of the bar.
