This 18-inch V-Cymbal Digital Ride features a newly developed multi-element sensor that faithfully reflects a wide range of cymbal work in its sound. The newly developed multi-element sensor system dramatically improves the accuracy of detecting strike position and dynamics. This allows for more subtle expression of nuances, such as changes in tone due to differences in bow striking position, by taking advantage of the wide striking surface. [Important Note] This can only be used with Roland drum sound modules that have a digital input terminal (as of May 2021, it can only be used with the TD-50X, TD-50, and TD-27). It cannot be used with any other drum sound modules.
