Feature:
1. Simulation Training: The cardiopulmonary resuscitation infant manikin is designed to simulate reallife cardiopulmonary resuscitation situations such as artificial breathing and chest compressions, providing an authentic training experience.
2. Design: The manikin is specifically designed to replicate the anatomy and physiology of an infant, making it a suitable training tool for choking rescue procedures.
3. Materials: The manikin has premium ABS, such as durable plastics for the skeleton, silicone for the skin, and soft cloth for clothing, which ensures that the manikin is long lasting and can withstand frequent use.
4. Body Structure: The manikin is designed with precise anatomical designs that can be palpated, such as the sternum and rib bones. This allows individuals to understand the proper placement and technique for chest compressions during cardiopulmonary resuscitation .
5. Easy to Use: The manikin is easy to use, with the ability to replace the lung bag easily without the need for complicated procedures, making it an attractive option for individuals looking to improve their life saving skills.
Specification:
Item Type: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Infant Doll
Material: ABS
Method:
1. Back Slap Method: Put the child on the arm of the aider, with the head lower than the torso, fix the head and put the arm on the thigh of the aider, then hit the back between the 2 shoulder blades of the child 4 6 times with the grasp of the other hand to make the pressure in the respiratory tract rise suddenly, which helps to loosen the foreign body and expel it from the body.
2. Chest Finger Pounding Method: The child is placed in a supine position, held in the bend of the aider arm, with the head slightly lower than the torso, and the aider uses two fingers to press the junction of the two nipples and the mid line of the sternum at a horizontal finger 4 6 times. If necessary, alternate with the above methods. Until the foreign body is discharged or the child loses consciousness.
Usage: First check whether the infant infarction model is a foreign body infarction.
Check Method: Take a disposable PVC barrier face cover and lay it on the simulated infant face, do mouth to mouth nasal artificial respiration, open the airway by tilting the head and lifting the chin, and do not tilt the head back excessively. When performing artificial respiration, if the simulated child chest can rise and fall, it means that there is no foreign body obstruction, and the thumb pressure resuscitation method is adopted. If the simulated child chest cannot rise and fall, the simulated infant is judged to have foreign body obstruction in the airway, and the following treatment procedures should be adopted:
1. First, put the foreign body (black sponge) into the throat of the mouth to simulate the infant airway obstruction.
2. Then, the simulated infant is placed on one forearm, while the back of the head and neck are fixed with the palm of the hand, and the jaw angle of the simulated infant is fixed with the other hand, and the head of the simulated infant is tilted back slightly to open the airway.
3. Turn the infant over in a prone position with the forearms of both hands, tap the scapula on the back of the simulated infant with the palm of the hand four times, check the mouth, and if a foreign body (black sponge) is coughing out, quickly take the foreign body by hand to deal with it.
4. In another method, fix the simulated infant airway obstruction and cardiopulmonary resuscitation model with both forearms, turn it into supine position, press the simulated infant thumb under the line
5. If the obstruction is not removed, repeat the back percussion and chest impact action several time.
