Kitchenaid Artisan Mixer 5Ksm70Shx 6.6L Kitchenaid Color: Cast Iron

KitchenAid Artisan 5KSM70SHX 6.6L Planetary Mixer

Home planetary mixer with a lifting bowl, designed for kneading doughs, creaming masses, and aerating foam. The large stainless steel bowl allows you to work with larger portions of ingredients than in a typical home mixer.

• The planetary action of the tools, which includes 67 points in the bowl, ensures quick and precise aeration of masses and even combination of ingredients.

• The wide, large-diameter bowl holds larger quantities of ingredients, and its shape promotes aeration.

• The lifting bowl, a feature found in professional appliances, makes it easy to remove and replace the bowl even when it's fully filled.

• The universal attachment drive socket allows you to expand the range of work performed with the appliance.

• The AC motor with direct drive runs quietly even under full load and maintains speed even with thick doughs.

• Speed 1/2 is used for slowly mixing delicate ingredients, such as fruit and dried fruit, without breaking them up.

• The double FLEX beater with two silicone scrapers scrapes the mixture from the bowl walls and quickly combines sticky ingredients.

• Bowl cover with feeder and silicone latches stabilizes work and facilitates adding products during mixing.

• Yeast and bread dough kneaded with a spiral hook

• Sponge masses and sticky creams

• Whipping egg whites and whipped cream

• Mashed potatoes and larger portions of sponge cakes
