This is an excellent device that will allow you to cool the interior of your car on hot days. The fan allows you to tilt and rotate it to any degree. It's a fantastic device that will provide you with the desired coolness when the heat is taking its toll and sweat is pouring down.
Unlike air conditioning, it does not increase the risk of catching a cold, it consumes less energy, and when it is turned off, the heat does not return with double the force.
