When buying a watch, and you have many different ones, I was specifically looking for one in a box, and the description of this watch states that it is sold with a wooden box, but the watch arrived without a box. I am attaching photos and a video. It is incomplete. How will this be compensated or rectified? I await your response.
The binoculars are completely different from the ones ordered, it's very disappointing, they are twice as big, we wanted small, compact ones, and these are twice as big, the first picture shows what we ordered, the second shows what arrived, the specifications are completely different, we are processing a return
Excellent. I received everything. Thank you very much. All the best to you, good health, and everything most wonderful. Sincerely, Bychkov Ilya Alexandrovich.
