The box didn't look very good, but the product was in good condition. It's very easy to assemble, it only has two screws that join the sticks to the base and then you screw the "heads" of the scratcher on and that's it. It's really quite cool, and very different from what they usually sell in any store. What we'll have to see over time is if it lasts and doesn't break down as soon as the cat is sharpened a bit.
Fits great and looks really cool. Real leather, which you can also smell. Only the leash is not really stable. Classy piece. I'll probably buy it in a different color.
