The case does not fit my phone model (vivo y70) that I provided. I'm having trouble contacting customer service and getting a refund. ☹️😫😡

In the picture it looks sylvester, not yellow, that's why I chose this color, but the edges are yellow...

I thought I would have the lace with it but I got a simple one. A little disappointed. The gold on the black looks cheap...

The cover is beautiful, it arrived perfectly. I am satisfied with the quality of the product.
